To return an item, please refer below to the Returns Policy below:
The items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging and must be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase, for either an exchange, refund or store credit.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned.
Gift vouchers are not eligible for return.
If your return does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to accept your items and they will be rejected for return.
Full priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
Sale items can be returned for a store credit only. Store Credit is valid for 1 year, from the date of issue.
During sale events and promotions, these items are considered as sale items and will not be eligible for refund, but store credit only.
A return fee of 25AED will apply to cover the cost of the return shipping and will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount. You can of course choose to return your item by your own shipping method.
If you choose to return your item by your own means, please take care when sending back your item. Any items lost in the post are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or store credit, in this case. We always recommend keeping a hold of tracking numbers to avoid missing parcels.
Incorrect or Faulty items:
Every item is quality controlled and inspected to the highest standard before they are dispatched. If you receive an item that is incorrect or appears faulty then please Contact Us with images of the fault or issue you have experienced. For items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, by accident, misuse or failure to use in accordance with the care instructions provided on the item may not be considered as faulty. A thorough internal and/or external assessment of the item will be carried out to ensure the best outcome. If an item has been approved faulty, Stylebox will try to replace the item and if a replacement is not possible, we will provide a credit note or refund where applicable.
